As a citizen based organization we depend upon your support and help. Note: we are a 501c (4) non-profit legislative advocacy organization and therefore NOT tax deductible.

2. If you wish to make a donation or monthly pledge by credit card, send an email to [email protected] and we will send/fax a form to fill out.  Or print off form from AUTOMATIC BILLING AUTHORIZATION FORM and mail to us.  We can process American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard. 

3. If you wish to have a monthly pledge automatically deducted from your checking account, complete the CC4HF portion of this  Automatic Contribution System form (ACS) and send the ACS form and a voided check to the above address.  (In order to open this PDF format you need a Acrobat Reader.  You can download a free viewer from Adobe.)
